Old School Exercises You Used To Do

I'm sure we all have exercises we've used in the past and dropped but not for specific reasons (eg. injury). Here are some that I have re-discovered by reading my past training journals:
BB Hack Squats
Behind the back Shrugs
BB Incline Bench Rows
"Spider" Curls

we used to love both the incline and flat bb shrugs . they tore the traps and rear delts up

entire workouts of nothing but deadlift...5reps, 30sec rest, 5 reps, etc...

would go for 20-30 sets

Twenty-Ones.

Back against the wall with an EZ curl bar. Separate the curl into three parts...bottom, middle, & top. Do 7 reps in each zone without putting the weight down.

I like these.

arnold press
back on wall to do a nonswinging plate/BB front raises
the infamous 21 curls
zottman curls
incline db curls
all possible angle on presses (chest)

Clean and Press..............still do these now and then for GP.
Ham/glute raises.......need a special bench for these. Freaking awesome exercise.

21's..i think everyone has done these but they are a fad that comes and goes.

Thought of some more for me:
21's (seeing a trend here)
Bradford Presses
BB Pullover & Press
