Do u do contest prep for physique too? Gonna bulk the resy of the year with my meal prep coach but i dont know i kinda feel like hes not putting his all into it so was thinking about fonishinh the year off with him then next year finding a new coach n i read peeps comments on here about u and they really have nothing negative to say but all good things!!

Wow I have got to say, very very impressive results you have here 3J! No one may remember me, and that is quite alright but I've been around since 2010 by the name USAF and have had a couple hundred post in recent years. Mostly gathering advise from fellow OLOGY MEMBERS and the Moderators here have been really good to me, lots of help and advise.

3J I have seen you around quite a bit and even then you were the "go to" guy when it came to exercise and nutrition and I've got to say, you're still here and it seems doing better now than ever and that is good to hear! I truly am somewhat shocked by these results I see here. I've wanted to use you in the past and even more so now! You're not real expensive but I have had my reasons in the past, and those were money issues and as of now I still am working some things out here on this end but things are getting better and I look forward to hiring you for your expert guidance and direction.

I assume, and am trying to recall whether or not it was just nutrition or if you gave a detailed workout guide when you assist paying members?

What I find very impressive is the lower to last guy in the photos, the advance in the abdominal section is insane! What time span was in between these photos here and more specifically the last photo?


I have a workout plan I use, and have used since high school. I am now 26 years old and I change things up within my routine fairly often but within what I have always stuck to. I've also deviated from what I usually stuck to all the years I've been a lifter and tried what someone else suggest I do as if it would be better for me and as if I would yield better results and I always seem to lose size and strength but if one thing you also specialize in is creating a workout program alongside the nutrition that I know you do, I would be willing to give that a go because, I like what I see. Prospering bodybuilder and I like my HIT style training program, if anything could be adjusted it would be a shoulder routine I could use although I do not lack in that area, as well as the abdominal section which is why I am fascinated by the results you were able to help these young men achieve.

I'm not trying to bounce around from topic to topic, and one area to another but it's been a good while since I've been here with the ology, I am catching up on things, new products and life here in general having been opened up to all the new things you yourself are doing also. Back when I was here before I don't remember you being a sponsor but now I see your name in the ad's here and it seems life IS GOOD!

Get back with me at some point if you can, I really would appreciate it very much!

Being a very new client I can def say the experience has been positive for me thus far. 3J answered all my questions before we got started, and did so very quickly. The diet/workout are very easy to understand and well laid out for me. Some of the high carb days are almost too much food lol, but I'll be fine. I like the attention to detail and the taking measurements aspect of it as well.
All in all, I'm looking forward to the plan and hope to make great progress with it.
