Hi,

i speak a little english, sory.

12 weeks is the only testosterone cycle. 500mg/Week
10 months of change.

I did the Full body work three days a week.
Since I have no time, I have not been able to work very hard.
After 9 months of body development training, I did a 3 month test cycle.

^^^^^ Why do you say that ? It is a lot of transformation but other then it being hard to do this in 10 months it is possible. I was looking at the photo closely to pin-point a flaw but don't see it. ?
