Opinion on a 2nd cycle (Bulking)

Stats:

Age: 21
Height: 5'11
Weight: 192
Body fat: 10%

I have been training for 3 years now & am going to start up a bulking cycle in order to gain as much quality muscle to get bigger & better for next summer.

Cycle:

Week 1-6 Dbol 60mg
Week 1-14 Test 400.. 650mg a week
Week 15-19 Nolvadex
Arimidex .5 every other day
Milk Thistle
*If I start to see gyno on cycle, I will add Letrozole

Opinions/Suggestions?
 
what notdorianyates said.... You can make good quality gains off your natural test at your age. I am no expert but at least wait till your over 26.

Yes age is relevant to a big degree but to tell a 21yr old to not cycle because they have a high test level naturally is absolutely pathetic. How the fuck do you guys know he has a high natty test level? Are u assuming it? Show me his fkn bloodwork, at 19 I had levels of 11nmol then another repeat level of 9nmol range was 8-32. I also requested a few of my mates get bloodwork aging from 18-22 and only one of them came back high at 23.5nmol. DONT ASSUME BECAUSE HE IS YOUNG HE HAS A HIGH LEVEL OF TESTOSTERONE FLOWING THRU HIM. FFS

Low T levels don't necessarily correlate with slow muscle growth or development. Me personally, I would know, because I have had ranges well below normal range and I have made some of my best gains since knowing. To a degree, T levels are irrelevant. I was even experiencing side effects of Low T. Guess what.. I worked out anyways. So, there is no reason to be rude towards everyone just because your T number is low. At some point, you will hit genetic potential, some before others, but it is scientific proof that men continue to grow after their early 20s. Hence, 25 is the decided age to begin since only in rare cases your growth plates haven't fused.

A more helpful answer to the OP would be:

You're too young and you should really try to obtain more mass naturally to provide a more solid foundation for when you decide to use. However, if you are dead set using, no one can stop you (other than the po-po and Mommy). What was your first cycle? I think you should leave out dbol, lower test to more like 4-500, only 600 if your last cycle was 500mg. Also, I would Test C or Test E, not 400.

I think you're speaking through a clouded viewpoint. Your inability to stop your AAS abuse has led you to reach this conclusion, and while you do have a point, you are hardly the person to be speaking about what's pathetic and what's not.

LOL. 99.8% Of peeps wouldn't know what genetic potential is. How do you know if you have reached it or not? That's another myth.
 
No it's not. Ghrelin, leptin, myostatin, and other hormones will inhibit your ability to add on muscle beyond a point of genetic predisposition, Either indirectly such as limiting your appetite or through more direct methods.

I guess my wording was wrong. My apologies, im saying, that how do people know when they have reached there genetic potential? When the scales don't go up anymore? When they look the same year after year ? Like A LOT of the people who train at my gym because they don't know how to consume enough calories for growth. Or when to diet down etc etc. 99%of the threads started on steroid forums are of people saying want to run this etc etc, When really they have a lot more room to grow, when there asked to present there diet there respone is, I eat 6 meals a day of 4 consisting of protein shakes and 1 of oatmeal and the other rice and chicken etc. No wonder your not growing, and my point is half of these assclowns believe they have reached there natty potential hence why there looking for a bit of a push from the juice.

Most people will never reach genetic potential naturally for sure bc of diet or training issues but that doesn't mean such a state doesn't exist bc it surely does.
 
Wow, this thread kicked off!

My point would be, you get to choose what you want to do, all the advise you will ever need is on this thread, but serious people who know far more than I, will repeat time after time ad nauseum that before 21,22, your body, specifically your bones have not finished growing and responding to your natural hormones. No one wants to piss anybody off on here (well....!!) it is just advise. And that is like a gift, you don't have to accept it :~)

My first cycle was tool & test e 250. 500mg a week for 10 weeks. But I don't feel like I got the best results I could've out of it, since I did not bulk all the way through it. That cycle was started in April. I just finished getting out of competition form, I was 177lbs 5% body fat 2 weeks ago. I want to bulk up & gain as much muscle as I can this offseason, so I can come back bigger & better after my summer cut next year. I was told by a good friend who is in the supplement business & has been competing & working out for 10 years that test 400 was a good cycle to bulk up on. & that dbol will give me added strength & size to kick start my cycle. 400 is composed of both Test E & Test C as well as some Prop.
 
tbol & test e 250* was my previous cycle. I mis-spelled tbol.
& Frank White, I did not use steroids before my competition, to cut down. The cycle was done before my cut began, but I was really lean going into the cut. About 9-10% body fat
