opinions for the best newbi cycle

i have been reading hundreds of forums and have learned a lot but i am interested in seeing what any particular person would consider the "best" or should i say, "most complete" beginner cycle. any opinion would be very helpful for research.

^^^ Seriuosly ! You can't help but run into one of these threads here.
We understand that people want their very own confimation but you need to do atleast some research of your own. You need to have a plan, goals, diet, and reason before you consider a cycle. Anyone can tell you test for 12 weeks but without a solid plan it means nothing.

Best and only beginners cycle as long as your old enough, bf low enough, and you've been training and know how to eat is 500mg test c or e a week. Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand for gyno. Nolva and clomid for pct. Everybody on here that isn't a complete idiot will say the same.
