I am a national level Figure Competitor. I need to put on some thickness in my shoulder and back area. I started var 2 weks ago, 5mg 1 week, 7.5 last week, started 10mg today. Yesterday started 50mg primo, I will run each for 8 weeks.
I have been training for over 10 years, 5'6'', 145 lbs.
I did do a cycle, but several years ago.
Too much? I don't think I'd increase these dosages anymore, depends on the results.
