Is this Test-E legit?

Got the stuff a while ago from a buddy before this lab fell off

Each of my vials is only a little bit more than halfway filled up. (pic is not of my vials) Does that mean it is under dosed or just that a 20ml vial was used for 10ml of oil?

Well just couse it's not properly filled is really not gona mean its under dose. If your bottle is bigger than yeah it's not going to be at the same level...it's ugl so it's always a risk..give it a run let us know as up.

Never ran his oils. Heard his oils are dosed correctly with some PIP and guys lumping up, but not all batches are bad. The gear isn't fake just lousy process from cooking, to filling to those shit labels.
