Oral Anadrol questions

Ok so I wondering if you just measure out a cc in a syringe or dropper and drop the liquid into your mouth and swallow? or is there something that I'm missing....also I was reading up that some peopl cap there orals how would I go about doing that ?

If they cap their orals they are using the powder in caps, not making it liquid and then capping. duh
