Orals on off days...

ive heard ppl say cut doses in half to keep it in your system, take your normal dose, dont take them at all.

i personally never took orals like dbol or adrol(short half lives) on my off days. but i know guys who do. But im considering changing this running oral tren since its active for longer. i dont know...

What are your thoughts?

there is not ANY benefit from running a steroid if its not in your system . you dont grow in the gym , you grow while your resting.

and its MUCH WORSE if your talking about a oral only cycle.
heres a though its time to start running injectables and give your liver some rest.

never have and never will run a oral only cycle. ive only used orals to jump start my cycles. this is the first time im mid cycle and incorporating an oral.
 
Oral steroids is just like taking antibiotics and other prescription drugs (i.e BP/cholesterol meds). First you have to establish your Threshold. Once you start taking the orals they do not start working to their FULL potential till about a week into it. The medicine is then fully in your system at the prescribed dosage. ANY fluctuation (i.e. missing a day) Drops the amount of medicine in your body lowering that threshold causing you to loose gains or in the case of BP meds raising your Blood Pressure.
 
Split the dose up, take them three times a day to keep a constant level in your body.
And take them everyday.
 
take full dose everyday, what are you planing to take d-bol or drol?

im running tren, 500mcg a day, 250mcg morning and 250mcg evening. gunna up it to 750mcg at the end of the week.

this was just more of an opinion question because of the varied opinions ive heard. the opinion here is pretty clear lol
