Organon Deca Real or Fake

I was wondering if any one could tell if this is real or fake. I bought it in Cancun about 4 years ago from a pharmacy inside the airport. I know these were commonly faked but how do you tell?

Looks real to me, haven't seen these in a long time. Look at the top of the box, the lot and exp are stamped on, there should be an indentation in the box.

I never knew they were faked. Didn't think anyone would still actually buy them since they're only 50mg/ml.

They sure look pretty though, just like the sus redi's
