Otc Vitex Doseage

Due to the fact that customs scares the crap out of my cows and the fact they don't look good in orange jumpsuits, I am implanting them with Fina only. I read that gyno is rare with Fina but noticed sensitivity in nips going into week 4. Came across VITEX in seach. The only dose I found was 2mg daily. Is this overkill or good enough. Please don't recommend anything that requires a prescription as I don't have one.

GNC carries it for 8 bucks/90 caps. Better than 5g for surgery.

I use tribex, but not to counter gyno. I was referring to the fact that Bromocriptine Mesylate is a commonly used effective preventative means to counter the mechanism by which tren rarely causes gyno. I never had a problem with tren so I don't fuck with my dopamine D2 receptors.
