anybody else here do other forms of training besides just weight lifting.. not just to build muscle.. but endurance n stuff.. and strenght?
 
I'm a boxer, and so I do core training without weights often. It improves agility, speed, stamina, and endurance etc. while in the ring.
 
what type of stuff do you do for your core??


any body else... or are you all just plain old weighlifters :p
