Being open minded & willing to learn from those who clearly know what they're doing is a skill, unfortunately, most new guys dont have.

LOL. I have to agree with this after scouring this forum for about the last year reading some of the rediculous threads. That being said there are alot of new guys eager to learn, some of us are just a little hard more headed than others and are truely learning the meaning of patience.

I feel ya. Had numerous phone conversations with Chip. Dude was solid, no BS, spoke knowledge and experience. Never physically met the guy, but thru pm's, and calls, felt like he was one of my boys. RIP my brother....
