how long after the expiry date is an unopened creatine tub/creatine blend like san bolt and san v12 safe to take / still be effective?? consiering unopened with the p[lastic seal still glued on.
also would putting in fridge help?
There is definitely a difference. I noticed my outdated creatine gets chuncked up. Besides that, i'm sure it keeps most of its potency, as long as it was kept sealed.
