Been hitting my upper (chest,shoulders,back hard) and im currently on cycle (sus,tren) Been making good gains but my chest workouts are laggin and my recovery is slow I took the 3 days off and hit chest last nite and my chest didnt seem recoverd at all! And today im sore that I cant really even lift my arms past my head cause my shoulders feel burnt out.... Never ever have I had this problem?? My diet is pretty solid im resting good drinking warter maybe i shouldnt hit the same muscle group twice a week?
