Over Training on Gear is Possible?...

Been hitting my upper (chest,shoulders,back hard) and im currently on cycle (sus,tren) Been making good gains but my chest workouts are laggin and my recovery is slow I took the 3 days off and hit chest last nite and my chest didnt seem recoverd at all! And today im sore that I cant really even lift my arms past my head cause my shoulders feel burnt out.... Never ever have I had this problem?? My diet is pretty solid im resting good drinking warter maybe i shouldnt hit the same muscle group twice a week?:molepoke:
 
I never really hit a muscle group twice in a week. Are you hitting legs? Upper body lifts, obviously include alot of activity in the shoulders. How much sets are you doing? Your guess sounds right, too much.
 
I would think that you are not getting enough good fat and protein for recovery but I could be wrong. If you are getting 2 days rest you should be recovered I would think. Might want to get some creatine also. Not sure but these could be some reasons
 
Also. you might want to get some melatonin and take it before you sleep. If at all possible get 9 hrs but 8 for sure. Eat big, lift big, sleep big
