Cant seem to add any thickness to my chest overall. Area where I lack most is inner and lower outer. My routine is as follows:
incline DB 3x10-6
Flat DB 3-10-6
decline or Hammer wide chest 3x10-6
incline DB flyes 3x10
As of recently my strength has gone up....just did 3x10-8-8 with the 100's on incline on tue..probably could have went heavier also. Just always seem to look "flat-chested"
