overtraining?

i havent been gaining any weight in my bench and i think it mite b b/c im overtraining. I've pretty much been at the same bench the last 3 months
workout:
Flat bench-barX15
115X8
140X5
160X5
175X2
Incline or Decline bench- 115X10
135X8
Flat dumbell-60X10
65X8
Pec flys- 120X12
135X10
150X8
Then I would do some skullcrushers and pushdowns for triceps

Please tell me if im doing something wrong
 
if youve been doing that basic workout for 3 months straight why not just try switching your workout a little . change your excercises and or reps per set and see what happens .
 
cosigns with doc. i dropped alotta shit outa my chest routine and saw my bench and chest grow alot more.
 
flat bench 2x8
incline db 2-10
incline flyes 2-10
close grip or reverse grip bench 2x8-10
cable pushdowns

and that's about it......throw in some skullcrushers if you will...
