painful winny shots

when ever I shoot Winstrol (winny) the spot is sore for days. its real and its clean from a doctor. Ive tried diffferent spots but same problem. I all so tried shooting real slow and rubbing out the spot but no help can Winstrol (winny) be shot sub-q

winny hurts a lot of people, i have the same problem with it... suck it up or don't use it
