Pasmavol + Whey =Bloaded and not hungry at all

Pasmavol + Whey =Bloaded and not hungry at all, I force myself to eat small meals, sometimes i can not even finish my meals.

I have 2 scoops of whey + 2 scoops of Plasmavol in the morning, I am not able to have breakfast because of it, I have a big lunch, then around 4 pm I will have 2 scoops of whey and 1 scoop of Plasmavol half hour before workout.

I will be having dinner about 1-1/2 hour after the workout and I can bearly finish my meal (like half of it) around 10 pm I will have 2 more scoops of whey, I mix my supplements with water.

I workout 4 times a week for 45 minutes at high intensity and as hard as I could handle it.

I am bloaded for a couple hours after taking my supplements and I have this feeling of being full, therefore it is hard to add any other supplements to my diet.

I am 44 years old, weight about 165 pounds, 5 foot 8 inches tall and I workout to look in great shape, not to compete.

Any thoughts why do I feel so full when using supplements ?

Sometime I do not take them on Sundays, because I am going to social events where I am expected to have lunch and or dinner, and the feeling in my stomach of being full is not there.

Plasmavol and whey has helped me to gain some mass but after a couple months I did not see anymore gains lately.

I do get great pumps when I am working out and definitely some added strenght.

Any thoughts please?

what kinda of whey is it. concentrate, ioslate or what. if its concentrate thats the problem. i drink iso and dont get that bloat that i did off of concentrate.

I appreciate your collaboration as many others do.

It is concentrated Whey, but today is my last scoop of it and I will started on a bran new 5 pounds of Isolate from "Allthewhey".

I am so full all the time, no room to up the food intake.

MY question was, is there any other to take the plasmavol or better alternative ?

Just the thought of it, that I have to drink it later makes sick to my stomach.

I am also experiencing a morning tiredness, I am at work by 6 am, and I feel tired until about 10 am, I used to eat WORLDWIDE SPORTS NUTRITION PURE PROTEIN BAR and I would not feel this tired, but they get very expensive, is there anything I should be taking to keep my energy levels up?

and Last I read you posted a workout routine that was modifiable, do you have a direct link, I can't find it.

I also have a bad shoulder like you and it really inhibits my progress, I am waiting for arm to fall of my body, then I will have a good reason to see a doctor.

never heard of plasmavol. must not be an AAS. lolololol

page six deadlift sticky for the routine. its a starting place and works for most.

i think i posted a good chest routine somewhere in that sticky for bumb shouldered guys like me so we can bench with out pain.
 
Plasmavol is Creatine plus some other stuff.
I would rather not have it, but that is the only alternative I know about, tastes nasty. and Peach is supossed to be the best flavor. [ spit on the floor]

I started the Protein Isolate today, You were right!, that feeling of bein full is not there anymore, it is worth paying the extra money for the Isolate.

Any ideas as what to take in the morning to bring the energy level up without eating a meal replacement Bar?

I work in the Lab at Intel and is cold and half dimmed lights in the morning when I get in (6 a.m) and no energy, I just feel like crawling underneath something and take a quick nap.

fruit and green tea will give you a boost and help to burn BF. drink green tea all day long if its available at work. i worked for bayer and we had it in the break rooms. i drink it here at home too.

You can probably due with taking Plasma Vol ONLY after a workout with some whey. You don't need it first thing in the morning.

That full feeling you have and force feeding is something that most of us go through ED. That's what it takes to eat enough food to get big! I am on DC's program right now and I feel like I am going to explode all day. My stomach is constantly full of food and shakes and water and green tea.

Plasma Vol : I had a free sample of the Iced Tea and it was awesome. If you like Nestea iced tea, then you will like this stuff. I have never tried peace, but iced tea is awesome!!!

Energy in the morning: Oatmeal + Whey Shake + Green Tea..
 
You guys are awesome.

I will try Grean Tea, are you guys talking about Hot Tea from the a ral Tea bag, or refreshments like in the Arizona Grean tea?

Would this help me also at workout time as far as Energy at workout time?

I just went to the Bulk Food Store (Bulk Barn) and bought a shit load of green tea bags.

I drink 1/2 gallon of green tea (6 bags in the 1/2 gal) each day

is dante training you or are you just using one of his routines? either way you in good hands. i use his protein as well.

I particularly do not like Hot Tea, so what I did was take 2 green Tea bags + 2 Lemon Slices + 3 Sugars + 1/3 cup of hot water, Let it seat for 5 minutes, !/2 cup of cold water + Lots of Ice.

It tastes dam good.

I only use the PlasmaVol post workout. And even then I only use 1.5 scoops as it really has a tendency to make me feel very bloated.
 
I wish there was an alternative to Plasma Vol or rather creatine, that stuff does not sit well in the stomach.

I just switched to Whey Isolate and that Bloated feeling is mostly gone, I actually feel hungry again.....
