past AAS use at 17 and 19 yo..NEED help dont want to go TRT Route
Blood test says my total T is at 203ng/dl ..avg(220-1000)
FSH is 4.3 avg(1-10)
LH is 4.0 avg(1.0-7.0)
Getting free test and Estrogen levels checked soon.
I know taking gear at a young age was the worst idea I could have possibly made and I'm really feeling the sides from this rite now at the age of 20. Even though I had taken post cycle therapy (pct) both times..(just Nolvadex)
I feel I'm stuck in the worst place I could possibly be..I'm only 20 yo with possible hypogonadism and might have to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for life.
I've read some threads about a Clomid restart cycle??and I'd really appreciate if someone with experience could help me out..
Is there a protocol that I could do to get my natty levels back to normal because I feel that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) should be my absolute last option and I'm really not trying to be injecting myself for 50 plus years
My diet is very healthy now and I work out very hard. But it all seems to be wasted time because I am not getting stronger or building any muscle mass due too having low testosterone levels
