Penis injury or trauma?????

Ok, I know this is a weird one, but it has me slightly concerned. Near the base and on the top side, I have bumps just under the skin that appear to be part of the vein. Not causing pain really, but they get harder when I do and very noticeable. Even wife feels them (maybe it's ridge for her pleasure, wink-wink)
This cycle my libido has been out of control and I think I irritated or injured it somehow. Maybe trauma to the blood vessel caused it to clot or???
Anyone ever have anything like this happen before? How long before it goes away?

So found this and could be it. Either way looks like it should go away after some time.
Penile lymphatic thrombosis is usually a transient condition which usually does not last for very long (say 3-6 weeks). There is a condition similar to it called as sclerosing lymphangitis, which is a rare penile lesion. A mechanism related to thrombosis of lymphatic vessels has been proposed. There is an association with vigorous sexual activity, and resolution usually occurs within several weeks or months. But none of these conditions will require any treatment.

Cool story from a guy that I know who unfortunately spent some time in prison last year: The white supremacists now cut open their peni and implant gang-related or personally important memorabilia into the dorsal (top) side of the penis. My buddy watched a guy file down a domino for weeks until it was in the shape of a heart and then cut open his dick with the jagged edge of a shank and insert the heart. Then he just squeezed it real hard all night until it clotted up and eventually healed.

I spoke about this with a urologist I know and he was like "dude, we've had several come in here with major infections from doing that." What's crazy, is that the most important nerve bundles run down the dorsal side and surgeons generally won't even touch that area. They've actually refused to remove the implanted item because they don't want to get sued if the guy loses the ability to get an erection. They just treat the infection with antibiotics and pretty much say, "you're on your own."

Gotcha, but it is vein or thread like. Runs and at a point crosses over dorsal vein. I can pinch and lift it from main body of penis. Also, not blue like a blood vein. Will try to give it a couple days rest. Since i have business travel this week it will be a perfect time. If not my cycle ends in just under 3 weeks.
 
I may not be reading this thread right, but if I am, "threadlike" profuse mass that can be lifted away from the penis--it could be a parasite. Worms will look that way. Google images of penile parasites and see if you match that description.

Ha ha ha! It's just a thought. Think about it logically, after I wear my groove briefs I scratch my crotch for hours because they are so damn tight they rub me raw and i won't wash them to prevent compromising the material. What is under your fingernails? Lets just say nothing good. Parasitic egg under nail...scratchy scratchy...Worms-Ville, population you. Cats and dogs give worms to kids all of the time. It isn't rare. A topical cream and one anthelmintic dose and you are clear. Assuming parasites are the offending penile party, that is...

Well, if it starts moving around I will get the cream. That is after I entertain my wife with it.
