a few more....these pics are about 8 months old...and since that 8 months i dedicated every Monday for a 2 hour leg workout and have easily put an inch and a half on them...always hated legs now that I'm seeing them grow and strengthen right in front of my eyes, its my fav day of the week.

just 1mg of a-dex a week...im very lucky, iv never had any nipple soreness at all and i use Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 2x's a week
 
I'm assuming since we can't see the wheels that they suck? Have to if you only weigh 165lbs. Decent upper body although no back pics either. Lats look narrow from the front.

RJ i live in a beach town so when im not working or going out im in board shorts...lol

read post two about the wheels...i just havent gotten around to taking more pics yet but i will....i can squat 315 for ten so thay have power and they are growing...i dont compete so i guess u can say it a beach body...lol

well just don't neglect them. squats or deadlifts are what make you grow. that and food. 800mg of test is way too much for you IMO, but whatever.

upper body looks good and really lean,we knew the wheels suck automatically when there are no pics and you weight 165. you blast for 8 months and 800mg of test is your cruise? 2 hours for legs? No bodybuilding workout should last 2 hours. You are probably seeing results since you finally started focusing on legs and all the gear, but really 2 hours? Btw 99% of bodybuilders never compete so in my mind a beach body is what most of us have or want. Unless I'm "off season" and then all the sudden I'm just bulking lol

i have to wrap my knees and its time consuming as any of you know who wrap...so yeah its pretty close to 2 hours...and i workout with my gf so its 2 of us training....its beach season all year around here..lol

You look great bro - got some nice size and definition. definitely keep up with the legs. i am a little concerned about your "blast and cruise" Seems like a really good way to fry your nuts at your age (I'm assuming 20's) I'd be careful about that and especially the 300 cruise - that would totally shut down natty production - you want kids some day?

you getting blood work done? hope so - remember you are in this for the long haul. BTW what beach or coast are you near? west, east?

300wk cruise is high, a more healthy "rest"/cruise dose
Might be 150mg every 5 days (this is about 210mg a week).

i know bro but im 38 and iv been using test on and off since i was 23 so my nat test levels are shot....my test E is 300mg/cc so that why i just keep it at that dose...thanks bro i will !!

none taken bro...we workout together but we also do alot of differant exercises on leg day...she does spot me and help with my wraps.
