yes thats true it is very ripped the abs below the chest..
yes i do cardio 2 times/week... when i don train i go 1 hour before breakfast.
I have a very strict diet... only eating good nutrtion no carbidge food.

I have a eating day when i almost eating everything: candy, potato, choclate, cheese, about 5000-6000 kcal.

I think it is a good way to eat the good thing you like once a week instead of little every time.

thanks bro... yes i own a pair of legs but i am fighting to make them as big as my upper body.. the thing is i have had a big knee injury from the football so i started to train the seriously 1 1/2 mont ago... will push them very hard all the way.
