You definately have some big legs. Maybe just work on the chest a bit by doing more incline (some problem I have) and more flat bench to build mass. Also maybe do a little more cardio to lower the bf to lean out a little bit.
Have you run gear at all?

Youve got a solid base to work with. Legs look good but more calves. Pecs dont really look like theyre lagging more delts/arms imo.
Keep it up

what to do, what to do...

Have always had good legs, played soccer for years. I need to work on my chest and do cardio. I think I need to change my workout around. I have done a cycle before.

chest and delts look a little flat, lower the bodyfat and they will look better but need a little more mass on em

I actually like your structure , its definetly something you could build up to a good 245lbs , the wheels look good chest is a little high (genetics) but overall i see some potential if guided correctly anda solid training routing.

I dont see him hitting 240, nor do i see that his goal. He is probably somewhere in the 15-18 percent bf range, so he is probably holding 10 lbs or more of fat which would put him at 165ish. I do agree you have a very good base to work with and you probably put on size very easily, work on your diet and keep a good routine and you should see great results. Work on your core lifts - squats, deadlifts, bench, rows.

Vander-what do you mean by a high chest(genetically) not sure i understand, do you have a picture of someone to compare? thanks

he means his pics should be longer top to bottom, but no matter how big they get they will always be a certain shape

If someone with a genetically high chest were to compete, do the judges frown on this and/or what can you do to compensate..?
