Pin before or after workout

IS it better to inject before of after workout,does it help with pain, and it is better for overall growth...specifically test E, EQ..

I like inj. the muscle after i work it for sure. it doesnt hurt while training so i can train the b/p longer and harder.

I workout EOD in the Evening; so I inject the morning of a workout day since the inject pain usually doesn't come till late that night or the next morning so I have 1 to 1 1/2 days to let the pain wear off before the next workout; so it usually never bothers me on workout days.
 
I train in the evenings as well. I used to take all my shots right before bed but lately I just take them whenever I get some time. Unless your shooting something like Test Suspension, I personally dont think that injecting before or after your workout is going to play a factor into your muscle growth. I only mention Test Suspension because its active life is so fast and it has such a quick peak but even then, I dont believe there is any factual evidence that would prove administration of Test Suspension right before a workout will help the muscle building process over injecting it after a workout. I do know people who feel that injecting really fast acting steroids before a workout is more beneficial then shooting after but I chalk that up to a mental thing.

One thing I wont do is inject a bodypart the day before I am going to train it. For instance if I am training quads on Thursday and I am to take a shot on Wednesday, I wont shoot into the quads. For me its hit or miss with muscle soreness the day after an inject so I dont take the chance of ruining a workout because of injection soreness.

I inject into the muscle I am going to work before going to the gym. I think that helps get the oil spread through the muscle better. Obviously it still gets sore the next day but probably not as bad.
 
I wrap my quads the first day of pain with a heating pad over night and the pain is pretty much gone the next day instead of two or three days of pain.
 
I try to inject on a legs day beforfe the workout. That way, when my ass is sore from the shot, my legs are sore at the same time and kinda roll into one.

I hear ya biggie, I got 2 injects per week, and am learning to rotatate the workout around the alternating quad shot since I have 2 different leg routines per week, and being a newbie the first couple of sticks were painful for days, but getting less sevre as time goes on(quads are getting used to it)
I found that the bean bags you stick in the microwave work better than a heating pad, they can get hotter, and really conform to the muscle.
