After I pin I usely take a hot shower and run the hot water rite were I just pinned.

Im comfortable with slow, also if you ever hit a nerve when harpooning it you're in for a good time.

I had my buddy tell me to be careful. He hit a nerve once and he said he felt it from his leg to his chest not fun at all lmao.
