pinning test c

in your opinion, better to pin once a week or twice while running 500mg a week of test C 250mg/ml? either 2ml at one time every 6-7 days or 1ml twice a week.....monday and thursday? been doing the monday-thursday route cuz pins are cheap and it doesnt bother me to treat myself like a pin cushion.....just looking for the best possible results
