Pip and cardio, what do you propose me to do??

hi i have a severe PIP AFTER EACH INJECTION, so what can i do with cardio training....??? i used to do 1 hour cardio at high speed....can i try inflammatory pills or ointments or what???
 
Don't think pills will make that much difference. How many times have you pinned each spot? The first couple are worse, from what I hear. The gear I have isn't too bad, though it can be pretty sore in my glutes, so I just stopped pinning there. You could always drop your worst site and try somewhere else. Ventro glutes are good and even if you DO get PIP there, it's not as obtrusive as ass-PIP.
Common consensus seems to be that a hot bath right after pinning can help. I like to sit in the bath for a while to relax, get out to pin, then get back in. Cardio may even help, but that sounds like pure broscience to me. It may, though.

Oh, I always planned...if it were ever really bad...to try splitting a pin. Say, put half in each quad or something. Even if all that does is give the same PIP in each leg that I'd have had in just one, I'd still prefer if the pain were balanced. I think some of the pain is made worse when you start favoring the affected area. Or just pin the muscle you are about to annihilate in the gym! Tell yourself it's DOMS.

i have pinned 6 times in my glutes and i have 7 weeks more.....!!!!!!!!!i am afraid of pinning on shoulders or somewhere else cause the PIP would be more severe....the gear i use is test prop (alpha pharm) and primo (bayer)

It won't necessarily be worse. Sounds like you are getting your glutes pretty often. Maybe TOO often. Try some other spots! I get far less PIP in quads than glutes, but everyone's different. Delts are prolly my fave. Give some others a chance! Ventro glutes are way easier to pin, and I think they are much better for PIP than glutes. I believe I read that test prop is quite bad for PIP, but...lots of variables. Try pinning somewhere else!
 
Man up and go do some cardio!! No big deal dude, unless you are almost crippled by the PIP.

i do cardio each day but in much lower speed....i used to run at 16km/h for an hour or more and now i can hardly run at 10 or 12km/h...i feel my glutes swollen
 
Bro you have to switch up the inj site, the PIP might be there because you keep shooting there. Prop is notorious for PIP, it wont be as bad the further into your cycle gets. With the amount of injections you have to do with prop id have at least 6 spots to pin; each glute, each delt, and each quad is a good way to go about it, i and many guys do this.
 
i suppose that the PIP is caused by primo and not the prop....concerning my cardio training, i ll try to push myself and ignore the pain....
 
your pinning eod ?

also quit being a baby and pin your quads/delts/lats/chest and youll be fine.. i haven't pinned my ass in over a year

Don't do that. You need to rotate sites more so you don't build up scar tissue. I recommend delts next, and you can go to ED injects to lower the volume even more. This means that you will need to go with more spots, but you should experience less overall PIP.

I personally go: quads/delts/chest/ventroglutes/glutes (if doing ED pins). This should be adequate in spreading it around so you're not crippled. Ibuprofen can help, but only if it gets really bad.

FWIW I don't pin prop as it makes me pretty sore and there are plenty of options. I would recommend you investigate other options next time as well as proper cycle doses/lengths when it comes to primo.

Honestly it gets better with prop man. I did one rotating only quads/glutes and was still able to cardio hard. Only time I wasn't able to cardio was taking dbol; literally crippling. Switch up spots to delts/quads and it'll be good.
