Hey all.
I used to love doing decline EZ bar skull crushers for my triceps, but as i put more weight on it, it started to hurt my right elbow joint so i couldnt continue my workout. So i switched it to PJR Pullover which gives great stretch on my long head of tricep while being elbow friendly.
but here is my problem, in my gym the heaviest dumbbell they have is 30kg(66lbs) which is not as heavy as i like. so i tried single arm with lighter weight 23kg(51lbs) and i have hard time balancing myself on the bench.
what should i do? are there any good ways to hit my long head without stressing my elbow?

U can position a bench between crossover stacks or kneel down and do it. Give it a try. Sometimes u gotta make do with what u have available. A little creativity can work wonders..

go to a bicep free weight station. Sit in it backward so that it support s your back whherever it feel s best. Now your anchored with your feet and back. Set.

You can self spot doing one arms easier...

heavy weight s easy using this and I set another bench in front of me to not have to go to all the way to the ground with big weights...
