Planet fatness yeah buddy!!

I think this is in the right forum. Planet fatness had an offer I couldn't refuse $99 for a year. I have been lifting since been lifting I'm 29 and this is my first gym membership. Really don't believe in it.

Before joining the gym I've only seen like 300 lb women in pf shirts and that's what pf wants. You can't beat the price with a stick or any other object you attempt to use.

Well you will find all sorts of fun can be had in big gym. Just the fact that there are women not to mention the benefits of better equipment. Have make some friends.

Just don't grunt or breath to heavy or they will revoke your membership and KEEP your money
they (PF) don't like the bodybuilder type in there fitness center (not a gym)

I belong to 3 gyms, that is one. I use it to do cardio. Very convenient for me. Ive had no issues but I also have never lifted there. Cardio, Tanning, and shower. Its clean, I keep to myself and have no problems.

I have a membership there for tanning and cardio. I assure you that there are a lot more than 300lb fat women there. In fact, I've met 4 NPC competitors there; three physique and one bikini. You'd be amazed at what kind of attention a "real" man gets in a "chick" gym.

i have a 10 dollar a month membership there that i never use.... u cant find a freeweight olympic bar in that place... pisses me off..

their equipment is top notch though..

My buddy and his wife join there every year, go maybe a month and then she gets mad at him for losing more weight than she is and at a faster rate. So they end up canceling it Lmao happens every year

Enjoying the attention? Drives the wife insane as she does work out there, and people often ask what I'm up to. If I were a single guy, I'd clean shop there haha.

The reason I quit pf and went to Snap, is because the don't have dumbbells higher than 75lbs at the two around me. And the fact I can go to any snap I want. You really can't beat the price though. And not to mention I can't hit the gym before work Bc the snap I go to has no showers.

Planet fitness has its place... Beginners, old men, women.... I can see why a hard core bodybuilder would not be content, but there is some value to it.

They have a pretty good deal locally a few guys at work signed up for, $10/month unlimited tanning included..thats cheaper than minutes in any bed in town so swung by to do a tour....I asked where the free weights were as it was all mainly cardio stuff in one way shape or form, and a few machines. "well, when we first opened we had 2 benches and 2 squat racks with dumbbells, but a few members felt intimidated by the guys using them, so corporate had it removed"

almost signed up just for the tanning, but said fugg'em. Too pussified for me because of that kind of mentality to appease the weak....grow a pair and worry about yourself, not what somebody else is doing in the gym, then maybe you wont feel so "intimidated and threatened"...just nuckin futz to me.

I use that gym and have been there for 8 months and have no complaints. It's a good starter gym
