Planning First Clen Cycle

Hi everyone!

I have never taken AAS before but I am planning to take some clenbuterol to lean out for the first time

29 years old, 6 feet tall, 180 lbs 14 percent bf

I got my hands on some cough syrup that contains

7.5 mg of Ambroxol and .005 mg of clenbuterol per 5 ML dose


Would .02 mg of Clen per day be sufficient? If I do this, I would be taking 30 mg of Ambroxol, which seems to be within a normal dose for an adult.

Plan is to run this for 2 weeks and take two weeks off.

If anyone could offer advice or insight, it would be much appreciated!
 
Can´t I just have a light dose of 40 to 80 mcg of clen?.. I am not looking for extreme results just an extra boost in my fat loss.
 
Wise advice, however on any kind of diet I tend to lose muscle very easily because I am ecto

I am tired of losing gains, losing fat, gaining muscle gaining fat again

And its not for lack of discipline my diet and training has always been in check, I simply lose muscle very easily

I was hoping a light dose of clen might spare my muscle during dieting.. I actually want to try it more for its purported muscle sparing effects than anything else.

You can start at 20mcg, then taper the dose slowly to 80mcg over a period of a week or so.
But be aware that the clen will stop working in 2 weeks, sooner if your not willing to go higher than 80mcg - so you have to ask yourself if you will reach your goal in 2 weeks?

If the answer is no, then clen is going to be pretty pointless.
 
I thought it was a two week on two week off cycle, was recommended, regardless of where one decides the ceiling of dosage should be.

Lol your not losing muscle - your losing glycogen & water.
Do you really think if you lost muscle you would just gain it back again that quickly? Of course not.
Your just one of many guys who have a false phobia of "muscle loss" when dieting, if only it were as easy as everyone makes it out to be.

Because it stops working in 2 weeks.
If you follow the 2 weeks on/off protocol your going to have to keep increasing the dosage to get the same effects - there is a limit to how high you can go before risking serious health problems.
Even with ketotifen, we're talking 6-8 weeks MAX.

Clen is useful for short term dieting, at 14%bf you've still got a long way to go.
Now an EC stack can be used continuously with no cycling at any bf% since it doesn't lose, but actually increases, its thermogenic effect over time - making it the better choice for long term dieting.
 
2 week on 2 week off is an outdated protocol, I dont understand why general consensus has changed to adding benadryl every 2 weeks

2 week on/off is outdated because two weeks off is not long enough for the beta receptors to upregulate without the use of medications. This is where Benadryl or Ketotifen come in. They upregulate the beta receptors. These receptors are right where Ephedrine or Clen will be hitting on, and they just get wore out. Basically, they grow insensitive, then you help them with meds to become sensitive again and keep going with your fat burning.

why dont you just buy actual clen with only clen in it?

60-80mcg is good but agian... get straight clen so you can adjust doses and not have other crap in there...

benedryl does NOT work the same as keto. there is another pathway that it can effect for a few days (forgot the details because it wasnt worth remembering). but to make clen more effective use keto...
