Hello. I am a long time lurker. I've been training for about 5 years now, am 5'3" and currently 115 lbs. I am one month into a bulk that I would like to take until May.
I'll be starting a cycle of Anavar (5mg for the first two weeks then 10mg) in the next few weeks and I wanted to get some feedback on my diet. Feel free to skip to the bottom for the macros/totals. This will be my first cycle so I'd like to make sure I get as much out of it as possible.
Breakfast/pwo:
3 eggs
whole wheat toast
2 cups milk
1 tbsp pb
1 scoop protein powder
Post-workout:
2 cups milk
1 scoop protein powder
Lunch:
Chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 cup sweet potato
Snack:
Greek yogurt
Dinner:
Chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 cup sweet potato
Snack:
Greek yogurt
Totals:
Calories: 1966
Fat: 41g (19%)
Carbs: 204g (41%)
Protein: 201g (40%)
Thoughts? My only concern is the calories might be a tad bit too low, but if that is the case I will happily add another 200-300. I have NO issues losing fat, but I don't want to end up going on a dreamer bulk.

The only other sups I take are creatine and I plan on drinking 1 gallon of water a day when I start this.
