Post cycle Diet?

Ok i am about to go off my cycle in about 2 weeks and have gained about 1% bodyfat. But now i want to get rid of it. I plan on running Nolva, Clomid and Clen for post cycle therapy (pct). But I don't know what kind of diet to keep and not gain anymore fat. What should the diet consist of ie. more carbs, less carbs, high fat/ low fat. Protein intake will stay the same at 250 to 300 a day. Doing 30 minutes of cardio moderate intesity also.

thanks

Most recommmend you stay with your current "cycle" diet and not go straight to cutting due to the higher cortisol levels when you come off of a cycle. I would keep your diet as if you were still on a cycle for a good 4-6weeks.

pretty good advice:)

don't go into a cutting diet, but try and replace some of your simple carbs (sugar mostly) calories with some protein calories...and the clen should help too, its anti-catabolic but make sure to switch off to an ECA after 2 weeks, and do the eca for 2 weeks, then go back to clen, and alternate like that...then, once you solidify your gains...cut away!

Very good advice. Worry about the bodyfat when your test levels are back. You can do a little cardio if you weren't before but that is about as far as i would go. It is probably going to take about two months to get the HPTA back comletely, so i would use that as good rule of thumb to start worrying about that bodyfat, by the way it is winter soon so who cares, be fat and merry, put on some more mass, and worry about it after christmas. :)

Well see the thing is now i eat as many carbs as i want but that has probably attributed to the gained fat. But that is what i am going to cut or at least watch. How much would you guys say the carb intake should be? Oh and thanks for the help guys.
