Hey Bros,

I am about to start my first cycle:

500 mg EQ for 10 weeks

I would like to know what I should do about post cycle stuff (clomid) and should I also get some nolvadex for gyno symptoms just in case?

Can an experienced bro tell me a typical post cycle and amounts to take for a newbie like me? How should I take the clomid? How should I take the Nolvadex? I have been reading about the liquid stuff you take under your tounge, is this ok stuff?

Start Clomid therapy as follows, 3 weeks after your last EQ shot.

Day 1 - 300 mg
Days 2-11 - 100 mg/day
Days 12-21 - 50 mg/day

Nolvadex, you will want to have on hand if gyno symptoms start to develop. (although very highly unlikely). If you start getting any symptoms, take 40 mg/day until symptoms subside, then take 20mg/day for the duration of your cycle.

Liquid vs. tabs - the only difference is administration, so either way it does not matter.
