Post cycle therapy (pct) advice regarding hcg....

oh btw bosssauce, my question about diet and all was more directed to stan...it doesnt sound like he has time to eat properly for being on aas.

I have years of experience with food and diet
it's just a matter of willpower which i have
in abundance right now :)
I take time to have a a good breakfast
with vits and supps and prot powders
Whey , Soy , creatine, taurine, calcium complex
B6 B12...condroitin, glucosamine, MSM
I quit coffee , don't drink or smoke ,or weed.

I can buy lean chicken for lunch + protein powders or bring some tuna in a can
and canned veggies , beans...i eat lots of veggies. I have a job where i can step out and grab a bite at anytime...and i do often.
At home i grab frozen foods into the microwave..etc. & more protein powders

But I am cutting back on food to make this a "lose fat and build some muscle" at the same time, cycle . A deca/winny/test cycle should be good for this. I just have problems with downing enough water...?
 
a gallon of water a day is the absolute minimum...i reccommend drinking as close to 2 gal a day if you can.
AS far as other things go, im glad to hear that you will make the best of the cycles!
