Post cycle therapy (pct) workout

PCT workout

I'm coming off of a 8-wk t-bol cycle. I have been reading that I should decrease my volume and increase calories during post cycle therapy (pct). I have also heard that I should keep the same workout.

I am using Nolva at 40/20/20 for my post cycle therapy (pct). I workout 4 days a week. So I was thinking of doing between 8-10 reps but to do only 7 sets instead of 14 for larger muscles and 4-5 sets for smaller muscles (tri's, bi's)

What do you guys think?

IMO
drop volume of sets and reps post cycle during post cycle therapy (pct) and even a month or 2 after post cycle therapy (pct) ends.

example if usually do this for chest

3 sets of 10-12 reps flat bench ,db bench , flys , incline bench.

drop it to maybe 3 sets of 6-8 reps flat bench , and inclines OR declines.
stay heavy as possible on these lower reps and maximum intensity.

also back off on cardio during this time , it is very easy to be catabolic until your hpta is fully recovered.

i agree to drop volume while your body rebounds its natural test production, but bump it up afterwards to retain what was gained by the cycle.
