post nutrition with workout then track

I have recently gotten all the ingredients together for me and my sister to use for post-workout drinks. We will start using it on monday. However we both lift 3 days out of the week MWF, and the nwe run teh 5 days during the week. My question is how should I go about splitting the drink apart on MWF's or should I just take a whole other drink after each workout. For instance if I lift monday and I need my post workout stuff how much do I use. Or should I just hold off until about 2-3 hours when track pratice begins and then drink the shake after that? Would it better to just split the shake into half for both of the workouts? The plan is to use 50g malto,50g dex, and 44g protein. thanks for the help.
 
There's a critical period of about 2 hours after a workout where you want to get your amino levels elevated to promote protein sythesis, so you probably want to drink some after lifting. However, 44g is quite a bit, maybe half of that after lifting, half after running.


Additionally, 50g of dextrose + 50g of maltodextrin is one hell of a lot. If you're trying to induce an insulin splike, you do not need anywhere close to 100g of carbs after workout. Exercise increases insulin sensitivity quite a bit. Along the lines of 10-20g of carbs is plenty.
 
so your sayying just to split, thanks for the response to. i guess i'll just split the amount of contents of the drinks for oen half lifting and other half for our track workout. i used 50g of carbs as a medium to balance it, but i'm planning on .8 per pound of bodyweight from aht i've readon t-mag. also any rough estimations on how many grams would be in different measurements pertaining to dextrose cause I ordered some from a company and they just sent me the bag with no nutritional info or tag like i thought it would have and they haven't emailed me back either. anyways thanks for your help thouguh
