I have recently gotten all the ingredients together for me and my sister to use for post-workout drinks. We will start using it on monday. However we both lift 3 days out of the week MWF, and the nwe run teh 5 days during the week. My question is how should I go about splitting the drink apart on MWF's or should I just take a whole other drink after each workout. For instance if I lift monday and I need my post workout stuff how much do I use. Or should I just hold off until about 2-3 hours when track pratice begins and then drink the shake after that? Would it better to just split the shake into half for both of the workouts? The plan is to use 50g malto,50g dex, and 44g protein. thanks for the help.
