Post Shoulder Labrum Surgery help!

Hi guys, I had surgery on my right shoulder about a year ago. I was a competitive rock climber and completely destroyed my labrum... Having a full 360 degree tear/seperation... 8 screws, 36 stitches.

Pretty bad... i've quit climbing and dedicated to the gym - being very careful on my shoulders and doing extensive rehab on both shoulder i.e. tons of rotator cuff work, thera bands etc.

Anyways, im a year out and the chances of dislocation again drop down drastically - i am no longer worried about that anymore. I've got full ROM as well..

ANYWAYS...

Im planning on my first mens physique competition in July and have made some solid gains over the past 6 weeks. Really working on my shoulders and trying to build up some canon balls (lol)

My problem is that, although not very noticeable, if you look - you can see that my left shoulder (the healthy one) is slightly bigger and more defined then my hurt one. To be expected I know with the severity of the surgery.

But being a year out, everything healed etc.. what sort of steps can I take and what should I do in order to "catch up" my hurt shoulder!???

I can tell its slightly weaker, not by much... thought I'd add that in as well.

My left shoulder looks ripped. Striations and all 3 heads are popping.... but my right shoulder has all 3 heads popping, but not that "cut" line that runs to the back... it doesnt look as dry as my other shoulder and although some may not notice the difference - im pretty sure a a judge will... my right side pose will def. get me points docked if I cant get this problem taken care of.

Thanks and please help!!!
