Post workout Shakes..?

I'll be recomping soon and will be doing low intensity cardio after lifting(4days/week) for about 20 minutes. During those 20 minutes I burn about 300 calories-give or take a few extra/less). Just have two questions.

To match the extra 300 burned I was think of having a shake with 50g whey, 25g dextrose..?

When doing cardio after lifting, is it best to have your shake after you finish the cardio or after you finish lifting?
And a little off topic, but it's best to have the majority of your carbs surrounding your workout correct?
 
Carbs post w/o is very important. You can either buy a protein/carb mix assimilation drink or you could use your normal protein powder and buy some carb powder to mix in your post workout drink. Youl need to drink it post workout straight away to spike insulin, But dont eat till atleast 40 mins after.

this would be good,i used to mix my protein with dextrose and bcaa's and it worked good for me
 
Yup, immediately following my workout I have 2 scoops of Myofusion (50g protein) and 50 grams corn sugar (dextrose) which gives me my 50g of carbs
 
alot of people like to use dextrose which is fine.. i personally like a semi-simple carb (dextrose is a simple carb).. so anything like white rice, white bread, bagel etc..

whole foods work your metabolism... dextrose doesn't..

I like this as well. Personally I do 20g of dex, but the rest of my PWO carbs are from white rice.

If you really wanna feel great after a PWO carb meal pop some need2slin with it ;)
 
hey bros wats up. i know there was a sticky or a thread detailing how to get blood panels online. is there any way someone can go into a little more detail on how to do this.

i use dextose sometimes during workouts with Bcaa's and post workout, i use a protein shake and eat an apple or bagel like 3J mentioned
