post your routine for tues!!

post up your routine for tues..thought this would be a good way for everyone to see what each other is doing!!
chest:
incline BB 5x5
flat dbell 2 x8-10
decline 2x8
bi's:
preachers 5x5
cable curl 2x8 or hammers 2x8
prolly hit some calves too
 
tuesday is back and bi 3 sets hammer strength pulldowns x8
3 sets cable wide grip pulldowns x 8-10
3 sets x 6-8 heavy rows
standing barbell curls 2 heavy sets
preacher curls 3 sets for 10-12 reps
maybe some cable curls
all sets and reps plus or minus depending on how i feel .

Back and bi's. Sets and reps depend on how I feel, i.e. if I have to work 13.5 hours again tomorrow, starting at 5:30am, then my workout's gonna be on the low end of what I've got listed, but the weight will stay the same.

1) Deads 3-5 x 5
2) Weighted Pullups 2-3 x 8-10
3) 1-Arm DB Rows 2-3 x 10

4) Standing BB Curls, 5 x 5
5) DB Preacher Curls 2-3 x 10
6) Rope Cable Curls, 2 x 10

Upright Rows 3 Sets
Rear Delt Flies 1 Set - Burnout
CGBP - 3-4 Sets
Overhead Tricep Extensions with BB 3 sets

I did Legs/Back/Biceps today.

off today, tomorrow will probably be, incline press, or floor press, haven't decided. Tate presses, side laterals, and seated rows with a few sets of face pulls to follow. Finsish up with incline waited situps.

monday is squats primarily and depending on how heavy we go there may be some good mornings as well
tuesday is upper back and bis
wed off
thursday is bench day with some shoulder and tri at the end
friday is deadlift primarily with lockouts depending on how heavy deads were and shrugs
sunday right now is the 2nd bench day were fooling with some metal militia training with bench shirt used about every week and some tri work at the end .
abs are done here and there throughout the week depending on convenience . if we feel overtrained on deadlifts which is easy if you deadlift and squat heavy to often we may skip deadlifts and just do lockouts for that week
with the exception of back day its simple heavy barbell and dumbell work done heavy . on back day we do use hammer strength and the lat pulldown for back to preexhaust the back before db rows because for 1 i like the hammer strength machine and 2 our dbs dont go heavy enough for rows unless they are done last when im allready tired and for bis heavy bb curls are first then some pretty boy stuff like preacher curls etc. as well we also mix in hammer curls here and there .
no top secret stuff just heavy weight and lots of it . im not being arrogant when i keep saying heavy weight , heavy is a relative term if your maxx is 225 and you are doing 195-205 for 4-6 reps and its all you can do then you are lifting heavy . if your maxx is 405 and your repping out 275-295 for 10-12 easy reps then your not lifting heavy .
