Post your split

M - Biceps/Triceps
T - Quads/Hams
W - Off
Th - Chest/Abs
F - Back/Forearms
S - Shoulders/Calves/Abs
Su - Off
 
Dont exactly have a set split. I set up my split for the months depending on which bodyparts i feel are lagging. I like to stay balanced. I pick 2 bodyparts per month and revolve my split around them recovering and where soreness from other bodyparts will not effect its workout.
