My old football coach swears by this workout program, he was squating over 700 and doing walk outs with 1200 pounds on this program with a slight variation after the first 8 weeks. In about a month or so going to start a test e cycle 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Going to drop some BF first...i read all the time about overworking and getting nowhere. Can anyone check it out and tell me if this is program isnt too much.

I'm 6'0 210 18% BF looking to be around 215 6-8% BF. Diet is going to be about 3500-3800 cals a day. cardio 3 days a week. any info, input or recomendations would be greatly apprecaited. thanks.

I dont like it-but that doesnt mean you wont see results..

first i truly belive you warm up for squatting by doing squats..if you wanna warm up indiviudal muscles before hand i would rather concentrate on the hips and low back Abs not the hammies..

all the assistance is to much iso crap
tyhe work sets you should take enough rest as needed between te 2 sets of 5
the goal is to lift the weight not do cardio..

like i said there are many ways to do things and the only way youll know is if you give it a try

I'm 22 and in the past recovered pretty fast and had good results with a 5 day a week training routine..will the test help with muscle recovery?

Blackbeard, what would you change about it?

a little but its not majic.

bro just give it a shot and see what happens.

if you not wanting to give it a shot try a simple powerlifting routine and see what happens. they work very nicely.

thats my advice as well or start with a very very basic Westside routine..
or go with te routne you got..like i said just because i dont like it doesnt mean you wont see results

I don't know what I think about this program. However, I agree with using a powerlifting type of routine. In high school my strength coach utilized the bigger, faster, stronger program. Although he did tweak it a little bit every week because he is a former powerlifter.
