Power/rep Range/shock Program

bodyfx2 on the chadnicholls forum has hooked it up everyone . the article will be in new mucular development i believe (man i should have double checked ) and it is slapping muscle all over everyone whos tried it . its 6 weeks before a brief rest period but 1st week is POWER 4-6 reps , 2nd is REP. RANGE 8-12 , & 3rd is SHOCK 2 same body part super sets and 1 drop set for everything that week , then go back to do the rest over etc for 6 weeks so it keeps power plus reps , plus shock week . im on it for 2 days now so im looking forward to finishing my 1st 6 weeks .

yes ! you train hard core for 6 weeks then taks as many days rest as your body type needs to hit it all over again . each 6 weeks has 2 power weeks so you not going to wimp out on the strength training , you got 2 weeks on reps , & 2 weeks of shocking but always alternate each week .

day 1 arms (aka conans)/rotator cuffs , day 2 legs/abs , day 3 rest day , day 4 chest/delts , day 5 back/traps/calves , day 6 & 7 rest days - then repeat .
week 1 is power range 4-6 reps , weeks 2 is rep range 8-12 reps , week 3 is shock *2 same body part super sets(3 sets) and finish with 1 drop set for each day this week , then repeat power/rep range & lastly again shock week before some much needed rest . then do it all over again ! 6 week program !
