bodyfx2 on the chadnicholls forum has hooked it up everyone . the article will be in new mucular development i believe (man i should have double checked ) and it is slapping muscle all over everyone whos tried it . its 6 weeks before a brief rest period but 1st week is POWER 4-6 reps , 2nd is REP. RANGE 8-12 , & 3rd is SHOCK 2 same body part super sets and 1 drop set for everything that week , then go back to do the rest over etc for 6 weeks so it keeps power plus reps , plus shock week . im on it for 2 days now so im looking forward to finishing my 1st 6 weeks .
