ive printed from powerlifting.com bob euckers big 3 training logs for 18weeks prior to uspf junior nat. etc.
anyway it says nothing about DELT training . just chest/triceps , & is there no light bench day needed ? also is there a day off between the big 3 days making it just 3 training days a week for ultimate recuperation ? please help i want to begin powerlifting training , i think it is the ultimate ! i can always cycle off a couple times a year to do a little bodybuilding .
