what is a good size to start off with ?
and how long should the pause be when u touch the board .. 2 secs?


and with box squats .. do you fully sit down , or just touch the stairs then burst up?

a 4.5" to 6" board is a good one to start off with. better to touch and go for tris off the boards.

box squats, fully sit down and lean back a bit. competely relax your legs then lean forward and explode up. keep knees apart and dont dump it on your back. make your legs do the work.
