Is Prami a controlled substance?

I want to order some from GreatWhitePeptides or RUI-Products but I am in Canada so it has to cross the border.

I can get Caber locally but I heard that Prami is better for the libido.

No idea about canadian laws but here it's just a plain prescription drug not a schedule I-V controlled prescription drug. That said I prefer Caber but that's because Im not fond of vomit...
