As long as you hit the actual VG you'll be fine, probably within 24hrs (48 max)

I know a few people who've been pinning into their hip joint, basically, rather than VG and wondered why it was so painful...

This morning I'm 10x better. I reckon pain will be gone by tomorrow

Have a massive virgin muscle soreness tonight. Having to walk limping, my lower right back is hurting since I'm slanted...hope this gets better soon!

Rub some dirt on it and walk it off. Have you tried taping an aspirin to it?

I actually liquified the aspirin and inject that into the VG as well. I was hoping that might help the soreness

How is the Tren treating you Onk brother?!?!?

it's bloody intense! I haven't had any of the troubling sides that some people get with tren, but the increased strength, androgenic qualities, bf reduction and vascularity are through the roof!
Lifts that may have been semi-rigorous have become almost warm ups these last few weeks.

Delts, quads, bis, pecs all sticking out nicely and are more full, even whilst I eat less food!

Had any chest tightening issues with the Tren brother?

nothing that has effected my preparation. I've had a few times when rushing about where I've lost my breath quicker than I would otherwise, or when I caught a wave, bodysurfing this last weekend where I was huffing and puffing after...but otherwise no.
Very happy at 450mg EW, next time I'd look at 600mg-ish

Right on man. Ya, its really quite unexplainable what that stuff is capable of. It a whole new ballgame!!

That's great news bud... I think my issues may have been more prevalent because I'm a life-long asthmatic (albeit controlled) therefore, my lungs are weaker than most...

I'd actually be interested to know whether if you battle through strenuous cardio ON a cycle of Tren, would it improve your cardiovascular performance and respiratory system AFTER cycle. I guess the answers are out there somewhere...

Keep up the great work bro!
