Currently prescribed test and anavar from my Endo

Diet is complete garbage, but when I eat clean I lose weight. I can go into more detail with that if needed.

As far as my proposed cycle, I've always been a lean guy, through powerlifting I built an over dominating chest and back. Legs are decent by my standards, I'd like a little more size on them but main focus is to build up shoulders and arms.
As far as training I have a heavy day and volume day. I follow a John Meadows style program with some added heavy chest and a heavy leg day. (still have that PL ego with moving weight) haha

To the CYCLE!

I'd like to drop my test, and use my anavar for libido and sexual health. I would only be doing this for about a 1 month blast and then back to my normal trt protocol.

Goal is simple preserve as much mass and look show ready or really around 6%

I'm thinking of running this:

4 to 6 Weeks:
Tren E 400mg/wk
Masteron 400mg/wk(should also aid with libido)
Winstrol 25mg/daily
Anavar 50mg/daily

I realize most of you will be thinking for the tren e it is too short of a cycle, my experience is it hits me fast and I don't like being on it for more than 6wks. Tren Ace yields no different results and I rather not pin ed to keep that one stable.
I am also only running winny to aid in looking show ready.

DIET

My main concern is I seem to drop weight and flatten out fast when I clean up my diet and try to lean out. I'd like to sit at around 200lb, but I feel as soon as I cut carbs low and eat 6x a day I'll drop to 190lb.

Last clean diet I went to I lost 10lbs in 5 days. 195-185Lb. Felt flat all day and had terrible workouts.
7 meals:
  • 10oz of lean protein or 10 egg whites
  • 2 cups veggies(mostly cauliflower rice)
  • Two shakes of grass fed whey Isolate when I couldn't eat any more whole food protein for the day.
  • Total of 130g of carbs from basmati rice upon waking and post workout.

I believe break down was F/C/P 125/130/450-500g(something unreasonably high)
This was stupidly expensive, was miserable eating this much food TOO CUT! and I felt very depleted and small. Obviously I stopped and went to high carbs and a normal intake of protein.

To give y'all an idea of how poorly I eat when trying to gain weight:
I literally try to slow my metabolism, If i eat 6-8 times a day I just get hotter and won't gain weight.
I eat copious amounts of carbs and high protein, fats are naturally high based on protein I eat.

Todays glorious meal plan:
Woke up, Had two cups of ice cream and five oreos, with some bcaa's
Meal 2: 7oz lean beef with two cups basamati rice
Meal 3: same as meal two
Meal 4: ehh maybe some chinese food(panda express.. lo mein and fried rice)
Pre workout: probably some oatmeal pies
Post workout: maybe two mcdoubles and a mcflurry

I realize this is not a healthy diet and I absolutely don't plan to stay on this. It is what it is ... used for one sole purpose of gaining weight. luckily I stay lean doing this. This was also just while on test and anavar. no other compounds.

I've built a good body with this but I feel clean eating is a must for an amazing physique and overall longevity. I just can't find a way to balance weight loss or flattening out, I know some should be expected but to the point I feel fatter is odd to me.

Clean vs dirty eating isn't (or shouldn't) be synonymous with low vs high caloric intake

Sure it's easier to eat high calories with "dirtier" foods but it's also possible to eat clean/healthy and get sufficient calories to maintain or even bulk

The main factor in losing (or gaining) is the calories in vs calories out equation

So, I don't necessarily agree with a lot of what you wrote but you aren't posing many questions...as far as I could tell all you were really asking for input on was the drugs?

And, when you say show ready but don't mention a show, this is just an experiment to get near stage condition then? Are you foregoing the normal carb, water/diuretic protocols?

If this is going to be a legitimate pre-contest regimen u MUST expect to go down in body weight (10-15lbs), MUST expect to have low to no libido (as crashing your estro with letro will help give u a more hard, grainy look), you MUST expect to feel crappy (low carbs, feeling hungry will do that)

But... you will look good ;)

As for the drug protocol, drop the test 2 weeks before the show

Not for an actual show, just want to see if I can do it. Won't be using diuretics or going to full blown stage ready. I would like to be able to walk around at this state haha so I feel dropping 2% is what I'll be happy with. feathering on my abdominal's is what I looking for.

SnowPatrol: I understand what your saying, but there is only soo much chicken and broccoli a man can eat. If I am sitting at about 3,750cals with lean beef/chicken and rice I just sweat and get hotter.. if I add a meal then it gets worse and I feel my metabolism starts to match it and I sit around 195lb. Obviously if I could eat 7k cals of clean food I'd gain weight but jesus lets be reasonable. The food bill alone would break most of us. I on top of this have appetite issues. Which is why I go for crap food, easier to hit cals, cheaper and I feel better to a point.

I do feel it is more complicated then just calories in vs calories expended when we are discussing burning just fat or building just lean muscle.

As far as just weight loss and gain? yes I 100% agree with you.

My question in regards to diet is I can't seem to find a good middle ground. I expect to loose some weight of course but if I am going at it systematically.
I have 14.6lbs of fat on me... I'd like that at about 10lbs. Which will drop overall bf, But if I lose say 5lbs of LBM then my BF% won't really change maybe drop to 7.5%

So the question is, what to do with diet? Clean it up but keep high carbs to stay full and maybe add in fasted cardio with gh? Increase insulin sensitivity? Up anabolics and just gain more weight while trying to keep BF pounds the same?
Its a complicated question I know ha, which is why I posted it.

I apologize if I am being too vague on a topic, I'm happy to be more specific with a point if needed.

Walking around at 6% isn't enjoyable. If you're truly 8%, you know how much work it takes to drop each additional pound once you're into single digits.

Weight loss, with sufficient anabolics is really pretty straightforward, of course it's more complicated than cals in vs out but not much-more so (especially if you're only looking for 6%)

Fasted cardio is a great idea.

GH doesn't hurt. Long lasting insulin is not a bad idea (lantus or similar) if you're familiar (and safe) with insulin protocols.

Keep protein relatively high, personally I would stay around 1.5g/LBM but I've seen lower...I found even when I was lean I was pretty carb sensitive so it just made more sense to cut those vs protein calories.

Dietary fat will necessarily be low to get calories into a deficit unless you're going the ketogenic route (I wouldn't, but some people like it)

You're going to LOOK flat while you're dieting, that doesn't mean you're losing muscle...keep your eyes on the scale and with enough AAS, and only ~1lb lost per week you won't be losing much LBM

Anadrol can help keep you looking 'fuller' while dieting too, and if you take enough it's kind of hard on your liver which will mess with your appetite (bonus!)

Total side note, it is offseason for me right now and I am able to manage ~4.2-4.6k cals/day (depending on training) eating 95% "clean" so while I wouldn't want to try pushing that to 7k on the same foods, 6k would be doable.

8% isn't a cake walk forsure, I constantly want to nap, temperature is constantly fluctuating, etc.

I have insulin lantus and humalog, along with gh. I am fairly concerned with my insulin resistance. I am in the "risk zone" but every time I bring it up with my endo he says its fine and we move to other concerns. How come you suggest lantus vs a faster acting? I assume for less protein degradation through out the day and increase in glycogen uptake/fullness

I've never done fasted cardio, what would you recommend.
2iu gh, lantus, bcaa, possibly clen?
