pre-summer cycle

stats are 19yrs 8%bf 5'11 170lbs, have done 3 previous cycles before and wanted your guys opinion with this cycle i plan to run before the summer hits.

wks 1-4 dbol 30mg ed
wks 1-12 test.E 500mg ew
wks 1-12 eq 600mg ew
wks 4-12 tren.E 400mg ew
wks 8-12 Winstrol (winny) 50mg ed

adex ed at .5 during cycle and clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) as usual. also wanted opinions about the tren. if running it at 400 is too low or if i should bump it to 600??? would love some input thanks.
 
mein god! d-bol, test, EQ, tren, winny... is there something in your medecinchest than you could add on it??

at 170 lbs....that's alot of gear......test, Winstrol (winny) eq and tren, at the same time, is going to have some intense sides...... i would at least cut out the winny....and i'm pretty sure you're not suposed to mix EQ and Tren
 
3rd cycle and your 170. take a brake from the jucie. go eat a fat steak, then pack your lunch for tomorrow so you don't skip a meal. in about a year or so when you have not let up on being as hardcore as you should be you might want to take somthing.

alright so i got a new game plan, i was gunna ditch everything but the dbol and eq, for the test i wasnt sure weather 2 use t4 or sust. since my source currently only has those 2 available. which one would be better to run and at what dose do you reccomend/ i've used t4 on my first cycle annd it worked prety well n didnt have ne of the painful injections alot of people complain about. as for the sust. i have heard its not as great 2 use, i get alot of estrogenic side effects with androgenic cocmmpounds so i will deffinetly run an anti-e duriing and after cycle, i was planninig on using adex but was wondnering if clomid would work just as good if i ran it at a higher dosage seeingn as how i iget a really good deal on the clom. would love your guy's imput seeing as how you all are more knowledgeable then me, thanks in advance
 
These dudes are right man. 19 years 5'11 170 after 3 cycles already????? You must have a problem with your diet or something. You obviously have a lot of filling out to do naturally and at 19 your test should be high as hell! No juice needed for you. Throwing all this gear in a cycle is insane...and tren???? Diet and training need to be rock solid for a long time before even thinking about the needle IMO. Good luck and be careful.
 
I have to jump on the band wagon and tell you to slow down bro. I think you are setting yourself up for problems that will make roids the least of your worries. You could jack up your HPTA and be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) at age 20. Not trying to be harsh, but you need to figure out how to get to a lean 200 pounds at 5'11 before you need gear. Good luck.
 
Since you're going to do it anyways, if you're really just looking to rip up for summer, since im assuming, at your weight, you're just looking to look good and not get huge. Just run the test and tren the way you had planned and drop everything else.

At your age though you really should just go natty for a few more years. Hit the cardio hard and diet hard, you'll tear up just fine.


edit: if you hate cardio, like myself, you could also up your lifting to 5 or 6 days a week and diet down, keep cals low, drop the sugar and up the protien. You will not grow lifting this often but you will shred w/o cardio.
 
thanks for all the input, im gunna post up my work out and diet plan up on here as well as some photo's and a little bit more info so you can all see where i stand, my diet is pretty solid if i do say so myself high cal. and very clean but i'll let y'all be the judges once i post it up, as for my work outs there about 2-3 hours a day split into 2 seperate parts of the day, 1-1.5 hours in the morning and 1-1.5 in the evening consisting of an 1.5 cardio a day and the rest weight training, once or twice a week i might do 2 hours cardio a day, the reason for this much cardio is because i have a piss poor metabolism, i'll tried decreasing/increasong cals slowly over time, keeping it steady but i always notice a significant unwanted "bulk" gain and by that meaning fat, i am aware that as you gain muscle you gain fat but i would much rather have slower gains if they are going to be quality instead of quantity, like i said i will post everything up in the next day or two as well as some photos, hopefully this will provide something more solid for you guys to provide more input too, thanks
